Our chef
Atelier Belge is a welcoming place lovingly crafted by Chef Etienne Bastaits, born in Belgium, who has a track record of over 20 years in prestigious restaurants: La Broche**, El Chaflán*, Arzak***, MyFair Intercontinental (London), Bruneau*** (Brussels), De Bijgaarden** (Brussels), among others.
He combines a Belgian cuisine with his know-how, his respect for the ingredients, his crafting times and, of course, his attention to detail.
All of the bakery, pastry, butters and sauce crafting techniques, as well as smoked foods, are artisanal and made in our own kitchen.
